In very good shape. Booklet measures 6 1/2″ x 4″ in size closed. Map unfolded measures 14″ x 20″ in size.
Wear and slight assorted minimal wrinkling to paper is consistent with age and use. There is a 1/2″ tear into outside margin at center middle left edge fold, else fine. Please see all photos as they are part of the description.
