PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THE AGE OF THIS ITEM AND CONDITION WILL GENERALLY REFLECT THAT .This listing is a hard back book held by two large staples titled ” Twixt Thames & Tweed ” . Measures 7 ” x 5 ” with 207 plus 37 pages of Adverts pages and dates to about 1910 at an original cost of six pence . Issued by the Great Northern Railway it covers all the districts within their area . There are numerous illustrations black & white plus colour and masses of information so check the Contents list .A scarce GNR Guide to the East Coast to say the least .Condition…….covers are age worn and dirty particularly the spine………interior for over 100 years old highly acceptable……………………NOW THE BORING BITS………….. I have been collecting Railwayana and Transport related collectables along with Topography for over 40 years and now is the time to whittle it all down .
