As shown, books from little read library, no visible marks or damage except light chipping to DJ. This book is Steam Power of the New York Central System by Alvin Stauffer. This is an early printing; some later editions have degraded imagery due to wear on the initial press plate (kiddies, those plate were STEEL and you ran multiple print runs using them. Expensive to replace, so you always want early editions when buying pre-computer era books…LOL). Nice selection of major classes (1915-1955) including Hudsons, Mohawks, Steamliners, K5 etc Pacifics and the Niagaras. A library cover on the dust jacket is all it needed.
