*18* Sample Christmas CardsSTEAM ENGINE DRAWINGS
National Railroad Museum
This listing is for a Lot of *18* Sample Christmas Card Fronts, all featuring drawings with Steam Engines from the National Railroad Museum.
Each measures approx. 7 1/4″ x 5 1/8″ and comes in very good condition. These are only the front of the cards that were available for purchase in the past. I have no idea how old these are but my guess is from the 1970’s or 80’s.Each card front is a drawing featuring some kind of Christmas scene, either indoors with Santa and toy trains or outdoors with a steam engine or depot featured. But each has a steam engine in the picture. On the back of the picture is the name of the painting and the artist.
The artists represented are: Tom Newsom, David Tutwiler, Fred Swan, Ted Blaylock, Jesse Barnes, Ross Buckland, Jan Rons, Christa Kieffer and D.R. Parker.These were part of my late husband’s massive HO train collection. I have numerous HO listings and will continue to add new items as I go thru them.
