Description: Original early antique photo of US Military Railroad Baldwin locomotive #62 at the troop staging area near the City Point, Virginia fort. This is a confirmed Matthew Brady photograph. Shows the engine in front of the fort and a line soldiers.
Size: 9″ x 6.5″
Condition: Very good
This photo is part of a collection that we are currently offering that was owned by an engineer that worked for the Westinghouse Air Brake Co. in the 1930s through 1960s. I’m sure that many of these photos came from their archive.
