This is an interesting item, an original agreement between the Great Western Railway and Wyndham & Philips Limited of Ruabon in the County of Denbigh
relating to Railway Sidings, the lot consists of a four page document and a large folding plan, the plan measures 26 inches by 15 inches approx.
the plan shows the railway line and sidings at the Delph Brick Works, and Brick Works at Plas-yn-Wern, The Llangollen road, Toolbar Cottage, Plas Madoc, and the Sidings for Wynnstay Colliery
the plan has some creasing and remnants of it being stuck down to a page on reverse in top left corner where is has browned with some wrinkling of paper else in good general condition
