Here is a Hard to Find 2 1/2″ Diameter Lunkenheimer Monkingbird Steam Whistle With Built In Valve. I believe this is the smallest Monkingbird whistle that Lunkenheimer made. The bell measures 2 1/2″ wide and 6 1/4″ tall. Overall height is 10 3/4″, and with the rod for the piston inside the bell is 15 1/4″. It is marked Monkingbird on the top of the bell, and Lunkenheimer on one side of the valve, and Pat 7, 92 on the other side. It is in very good overall condition with no dents in the bell. I did take this whistle apart to lightly clean it inside and out. The inside valve does have a slow leak and should be lapped before putting it under pressure. Still it has a nice looking patina and displays well. Please check out my other auctions on now and in the next few weeks for more steam whistles and related items. I do combine shipping and pack well.Be sure to supersize pictures for better details. Thanks for looking.
