An original, embroidered chest or shoulder patch for the Wabash Line (Wabash Railroad), probably dating to the 1950s based on the type of construction. The design is embroidered in several colors on midnight blue twill fabric, with a loose weave cheesecloth type backing and a cut edge. This was typical of insignia made in the 1950s and early 1960s. I see there are a lot of reproductions of this patch out there, but this one is 100% original.
