PostageFor standard postage we are increasingly using courier as this is often cheaper than Royal Mail and offers full tracking that Royal Mail cannot always provide. International PostageWe are happy to send items anywhere in the world. Many of our items can only be sent by trackable mail to comply with Ebay and Paypal regulations. Most of our items can be sent by Ebay’s international courier service. Please check the listing for detials or contact us. Some heavier items we may not be able to be send internationally or for a very high cost.
PaymentWe can only accept payment by Paypal. For our international customers, you can pay in your own currency and it will automatically be converted into UK currency when it reaches us. Unfortunately in order to reclaim our Ebay fees any items not paid for in 5 days will be reported to Ebay. If there is a problem paying then please do let us know and we will do our best to help.ReturnsWe are happy to accept returns. We can only accept returns if you use the Ebay returns process. All items must be returned in the same state as when sent and in a resellable condition. New items must be unworn and unwashed. If they had tags then these must still be attached.
