3 X Great Western Railway special engine requisition forms from Tintern to Pontypool Road Loco. Dept. for working trains from Tintern to Tinworks (?) Siding. All dated December, 1887. They measure 4.5″ X 4.75″ approx. Some edges are quite ragged, and two of the forms have been very roughly-torn from the counterfoils; creasing and some age-related discolouration. Please study the scans for exact condition.
