You are bidding for four 35mm negatives taken in Summer 1985 at Valenay Station and Romorantin depot in the Loir-et-Cher, France on the metre-gauge Blanc-Argent Railway. One shows two of that railway’s railcars (autorails) – a 1951 SCF Verney on the left and a 1984 CFD model on the right. Another shows a 1951 SCF Verney railcar trailer. The railway now uses modern articulated diesel multiple units and these railcars are no longer in service. The other two show the unusual and beautiful station building at Valenay, which was financed by the local Duke so that it matched his nearby chteau. The scans are low-resolution with a watermark: the actual negatives have no watermark and are clearer, and colours may be brighter than the scans. The edges of the scans may have been slightly cropped.
