Always kept in an album and with the mildest of cornerwear as a consequence.ARTIST: Frederick Lea, G.R.A. (1945 2017) – Frederick was born in Manchester in 1945, but grew up in Cirencester. Followingearly retirement in 1996 he started out on a new life as a self-employed artistand illustrator.
