Booklet is published by the editors of Illinois Central Railroad Magazine to educate the style and article types that they are looking for from employees of the railroad. This would obviously save time in putting articles together for the magazine each month. No date but appears to be from the late 1950’s or early 1960’s. 4 1/2″ x 9 1/4″. 20pp. Excellent condition.
