This is a UK magazine dedicated to locomotives and train cars. It is literally what the title says, reviews of locomotives and train cars from the 1940s. Contains pictures and text reviews.
All complete with nice off-white pages, NOTHING brittle or browned, good bindings. Covers have some minor wear on front and back covers (all front covers shown), usually just small spots, little corner folds or tiny tears in the margins; Jan 1948 back cover has a small piece of the upper left corner missing and an adjacent white discoloration as shown in last picture. January 1948 has a small corner tear on lower left corner of front cover, small tear along upper right corner adjacent to spine, as shown in last picture. All have minor wrinkles/flaking along spine from being opened a few times. All grade VG+ to Fine+.
