Payment:
Payments are due within 48 hours unless prior arrangements have been made. I will open a claim if payments are not made within this time frame, and you have not contacted me or responded to messages.
Shipping:
Please note handling time may be 1-2 business days. I ship with a tracking number for packages larger than letter size. Patches are usually shipped in an stamped envelope. I usually ship Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Usually, packages arrive within a week, often sooner. If you need expedited shipping, please message me. Please note postal holidays. Typically I only ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, I can consider international shipping for some items, please message me with your location for a shipping quote.
Item and inventory information:
Preowned clothing and accessories may or may not be laundered/cleaned prior to listing. A cat is present in my life, but he is kept away from the items for sale, but if youre very allergic please keep this in mind. Items come from a non-smoking environment, but very worn vintage clothing sometimes does come from smokers. If I notice any odors in vintage items I will put them in the description. I try to describe items carefully and accurately and please consider photos as a detailed part of the item description. For example, if an item has a small flaw, I may take a picture of the flaw but not necessarily write about it in the description, and visa versa. If I miss any flaw or defect in written or photo descriptions you are entitled to a full refund upon returning the item.
Returns and exchanges:
As per site policy, if you receive an item not as described, you are entitled to a return and refund. If this happens, please contact me immediately. If the item doesn’t fit or you just don’t like it, let me know. Unless an item states “no returns” in the description, you may return it for a refund. Returned items must be in their original condition. If items are damaged in shipping, or break within immediate use or wear, I am open to discussing a refund as long as there is documentation of damage and the item can be returned to me.
