It dates to December 19th ,1917 as Circular G.M.224 .All about the above so check the scan for full details .Great Eastern Railway Notices/Circulars are scarce to say the least .Condition……has heavy browning……fragile across the bottom……remnants of glue at all four corners on the back where it was mounted in a book…..FULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS…………..
