The Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway (M&GN), owned by the Midland Railway and the Great Northern Railway, had a main line which stretched from Peterborough to Great Yarmouth via South Lynn and Melton Constable. Branches ran from Sutton Bridge to an end-on junction with the Midland at Little Bytham, Lincolnshire; from Melton Constable to Cromer; and from Melton Constable to Norwich (City). Almost the entire line closed in February 1959.Formed in 1959 by a group of enthusiasts, the M&GN Circle has grown to around 300 members, including a number of ex-railwaymen. The M&GN Circle Bulletin, which appears each month, publishes a wealth of memories written down by former employees, as well as articles by experts who have researched various aspects of the railway. On offer here are all twelve issues of the M&GN Circle Bulletin for 2018, nos. 682 693 inclusive.
