This is our latest collectable item for Fred fan, Fred collected a number of Railtrack lengths from his pal Bill Richardson and brought them back to his yard, he was going to use them for his mineshaft project, however as we now know he never got to finish the mineshaft, these railtracks have been lying here ever since then, we have cut them into 4″ sections and made them into a miniature anvil, they will make a great paperweight and a great talking point.
The perfect collectors item, Limited edition section of railtrack whilst I am still here at Freds this may be your last chance to own a genuine piece of Fred memorabilia from Freds very own yard, these sections of railtrack have been hand finished and put together in Freds workshop by myself and Alf Molyneux,( Freds mate as seen on TV ) , they have a brass tag on to commemorate Freds lifetime, laid on a plinth of the beautiful Canadian Maple wood that Fred brought back from Swan Mill which was a spinners Mill in Bolton where Fred dropped the chimney, this wood was part of the highly polished flooring in the spinners mill, Fred brought some back and made the floor in the bedroom extension of the house, he left some spare boards in the loft and these have been brought down and prepared by hand in Freds workshop. The perfect pressie for a Fred fan !
