An RMS Locotec Refurbishment Works Plate as fitted to a Thomas Hill Vanguard Locomotive. The plate is made of solid Brass
with chrome plating. Unrestored in very good condition with some age related wear and tear as seen in the photos.
RMS Locotech refurbished only a small number of Industrial Shunting Locomotives so this is quite a rare item
