Small book (approx. 6.5″ x 4.5″) from 1910 with Rules of Operating Department for Chicago & Eastern Illinois R.R. Book is signed out to employee in 1919. Nice section of illustrations showing required lighting and regulation rules. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION BELOW AND SEE ALL PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASE. Inside pages have age darkening, age spots, some pencil marks, and smudges. May have finger smudges.
