Measures 13 ” x 8 ” with eight pages and dates to 27th January , 1908 . It is the full details of the inquiry into an Accident at WILLESDEN HIGH LEVEL STATION on the NLR on 11th November , 1907 .Has a Full Description of the Incident including Engines and Stock with Evidence from Signalman , Engine Drivers , Fireman , Police Inspector , Platelayer , Guard , Lampman etc .
