63pp plus manila cover. Reasonably crisp and clean inside except for browning to perimeter. Selby times underlined in biro plus a few ticks and crosses (not obscuring text). First (usual NER un-numbered standard instructions) page creased across bottom corner with 3mm edge tear. Last (blank) page has 5mm edge tear at bottom plus slightly dusty back. Back cover is missing but all pages are definitely present. Front cover creased and quite dusty with 2 edge tears (max 9mm) against spine. Staples rusty (no staining).
Supplement No.4 (21pp) covers sections A-C & E-G. Very crisp and clean except for usual browning to perimeter and 4mm edge tear in foredge of front cover plus biro “N” in top margin. Staples not rusty.
