Valid June 2nd to July 21st 1985 when Crewe station was pretty much closed and the adjoining track layout was being significantly modernised, leading to trains being diverted around the Goods lines. Lots of rare track possibilities. The booklet features BR timetables 65, 83, 87.
In very good condition, 87 pages. There are some pencilled notes on the rear cover, plus on some pages, ‘bus’ has been scrawled over certain overnight ‘trains’ from Crewe mainly to Stafford. Otherwise, no torn pages etc.
In addition is an A5 4-page ‘flyer’ called “Crewe Modernisation” providing further details on the work taking place.
Plus a Crewe-Chester leaflet with a ‘table 83’ extract inside.
