A small hardback copy, 5″ x 4″ (153mm x103mm), of the Working Instructions for the Manchester – Sheffield – Wath Electrified Lines isuued by the British Transport Commission. The book has 82 pages plus 6 appendices (some of which pull out as shown in the 5th photograph) and an index. Apart from a slight mark on the rear cover , visible in the 2nd photograph, it is in excellent condition for its age.
