This cast iron railway plaque features the famous emblem from the London Underground metro system. The “Tube” first started operating in 1863 and now carries 5 million people every day. The current London Underground logo has its roots in a design first launched in 1908, consisting of the bar and circle shape together with the “Underground” lettering. This plaque is carefully handpainted in the traditional red, white and blue colour scheme. Pre-drilled holes make it simple to hang this sign on a wall of your choice.
