The automated coal handling depot built by Charringtons (coal merchants) at Wood Green was the first such depot to be built in the UK in the early 1960’s; others were to follow.  Coal was delivered in hopper wagons and loaded by mechanical methods onto  road vehicles for local delivery in North London. This leaflet was issued by Charringtons to promote themselves as market leaders.   Im sure that you wont be disappointed but please only bid if you intend to complete the purchase.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, cleared cheque or cash on collection. UK based bidders only unless I am advised in advance.  I will adjust postage on multiple purchases made at the same time.  Any ruler or tape measure shown in the above photos is forscale only and is not part of the offer.
