I don’t know how this stamper ended up in the Mountains of Northeast PA, but here is the original Desk Stamper from the hotel Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, Canada.
I have tried to capture the stamp in the 3rd pic, hopefully you can distinguish it.
It is in good, but used condition as you can see in the pics, I have not cleaned it at all, it will clean up nicely if so desired by the new owner.
This is a local estate find here in the Endless Mountains region of Northeast Pa and has not been offered on the market before.
