The railroad memorabilia item offered is Cinders and Timber: A Bird’s Eye View of Logging Railroads in Northeastern Minnesota Yesterday and Today written by Frederick G.Harrison. This stapled booklet is from the first printing done by The Quarter Century Club of the Duluth & Northeastern Railroad Company of Cloquet, Minnesota. (A second edition of this booklet was done in 1974.) In addition to the tagboard/cardboard cover, there are 46 additional pages with many black and white photographs, locomotive rosters, maps, station/milepost lists and more. The pages are slightly yellowed due to age. There was no writing, names, nor marks found in the book. Please examine the attached photographs to make your purchasing decision.
