A rare vintage Kings X platform glass indicator sign with yellow backing glass ((for diffused illumination) for “Crews Hill” station (opened in 1910) on the Northern commuter local line 11  Miles North of Kings X Station on the Great Northern Hertford loop line. Probably from the age of Steam.( I used to meet & greet my Father on the steam commuter train at Oakleigh Park Station, on the same line, when he came home from work during the last war when I was four years old ! ) ~ I have that sign too !Size- 57 cms x 9 cms.Condition is fair ~ the glasses are not broken or cracked but there is some wear and slight white water markings.~Offers invited but please be sensible and note that careful & substantial P&P is included.
