2 Delivery notices/ Waybills(?) for bricks and items sent from the Old Abbey Brick Works, Burscough to the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway in 1879 and 1880, for the Southport Corporation. Transported by Thomas Bridge, presumably by rail as cards refer to private wagons.
Both cards were sent to Mr Crabtree, Borough Surveyor at the Southport Corporation, bearing Ormskirk postmarks of 222/9/1879 and 23/8/1880.
Condition fair – both have hole in middle, one has been bent and creased, and one has corner missing.
