Hello and welcome,Here we have for sale is a Desilux air horn, from a British Rail locomotive, likely a class 37.It has a couple of dings, as to be expected from an ex loco. It does produce a very quiet tone and will need a service. I have too many horns in my collection, so some need to go. This would be fantastic on a Narrowboat, Dutch barge or smaller yacht. It can be heard for miles (when fully functional.) These brass horns produce a very clean, pleasing tone, very different from the obnoxious truck horns you can find on eBay. These are the real deal. They also tend to hold their value, as these are not being made anymore.It uses a 1/4in BSP thread, so can be operated by air gun trigger or truck horn valve or any 1/4in valve.Demonstrations can be provided but please be aware, it will not be at full sound, as it requires some maintenance.Delivery by Yodel or Hermes.
