East Midlands Trains “East Midlands Matters” Customer Report Issue 7 Autumn 2018 edition
East Midlands Trains was the franchise operation of Stagecoach Rail which operated services on the Midland Main LIne from London St Pancras, and local and interregional services in the East Midlands as well as the Norwich to Liverpool interrurban service. It commenced operation in 2007 and was replaced on 18 August 2019 with East Midlands Railway, a successor franchise operated by Abellio.
This item comprises a 16 page all colour A5 booklet, setting out the franchise plans, train performance and the achievements to date. Issue 7 from Autumn 2018.
