This First Day Cover celebrates the Class 55’s Deltic Locomotives, featuring classic black and white image, a Duke of Edinburgh Award stamp, York Philatelic Counter ink stamp and a pencil marked address, this item is dated 1982, is a limited edition and is highly rare, I have not seen another in over 20 years of collecting Railwayana so grab it while you can.
