Measures 10 ” x 8 ” single sided and issued from Liverpool Street Station by Superintendent of the Line F.G.Randall . Its an internal Circular No. H.1/299 dated November 5th , 1914 . All to do with recent cases of contagious diseases within Railway Vehicles .Great Eastern Railway Notices/Circulars are scarce to say the least .Condition……..has browning and some creases…….some paper stuck to the back where it was mounted in a book…..FULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS…………..
