Measures 8 ” x 5 ” with 20 pages and issued from Paddington Station by J.Grierson the General Manager . Its an internal Circular No.948 dated 31st December , 1884 . Full of information on Tickets , Passes , Seasons , Regulations and lists lots of names ie C.E.Spagnoletti , W.H.Avery , W.H.Stanier , G.J.Churchward to name a few . Check the scan for full details .This is an ORIGINAL Notice and NOT A MODERN REPRINT .Extremely RARE and very early unusual Great Western Railway Circular .Condition……..light browning………the last page has a tear down the spine to halfway…….there is some paper stuck to the back where it was mounted in a book…….it has survived for almost 140 yearsFULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS…………..
