Measures 10 ” x 5 ” double sided and issued from Paddington Station by the Chief Goods Managers Office . Its an internal Circular No.30455 dated July 28th , 1942 . Check the scan for full details .This is an ORIGINAL Notice and NOT A MODERN REPRINT .Condition……..browned and a tad flimsy……stains and loss down the left hand sideFULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS…………..
