ThisBeautiful Plate belonged to my parents. It was a gift to them fromsome very old friends who said it reminded them of a time, in theearly 1900s, when my father and the husband were boys, and they spenta lot of time hanging out along a canal by the railroad tracks, alot likethis one…fishing and swimming and doing whatever little boys liketo do.
