Please note that this book (un-issued as signed & numbered as I believe the publisher ceased trading) is in perfect unread condition, but the slipcase has a small amount of age related storage damage, please see pictures for generalcondition and anyquestions please ask.

Beeson was one of the finest model train builders, if not the best of the 20th century & had the reputation of being the Faberge of model locomotive makers.
He started building his model locos from tinplate whilst still at school & by 1923 had set-up his own business.
He produced for the well know companies between the two world wars, Bassett-Lowke, Leeds Model Company, Milbro, Edward Exley etc.
Beeson changed from tinplate to nickel silver after the war and his quality of work became outstanding making all his own wheels, fittings, nameplates etc.
This book is 32cm High x 2.5c m Wide x 35.6cm Deep & Weighs Aprox 2.5kg.
