“Views on the line of the San Francisco Oakland and San Jose railway” On title page stated “compliments of the realty syndicate” Published by the Norman Pierce company out of San Francisco and Los Angeles. This is stamped along with their ‘NP’ logo on the last white page. I’m listing this paperback book in fair to good condition. It leans towards Fair because of the water stains, and the bends/creases. The deck leans towards good because of the beautiful glossy condition of the photos whilst ignoring the one crease that each has and some of the water damage on some of them. The prints are of such high quality that I was initially surprised to find a dot matrix existed under magnification. These are prints, not photos.

I have been unable to find another example of this railroad print compilation by the Norman Pierce company. No other Norman Pierce products currently exist on eBay. A search of AbeBooks turns up two Norman Pierce scenery view compilation books which are listed for over $100 currently.Approximate date of production of this book is between 1900 and 1950
