An EARLY PATENT BRASS STEAM WHISTLE by the Kingsley Manufacturing Company Bridgeport, Connecticut. This whistle was patented on May 29, 1894 by H.R. Brisbie of Bridgeport and assigned to Frank Kinsley. The cylindrical portion of the whistle is 3 3/4 inches in length and 2 inches in diameter.
