Kodachrome Original Slide GE C30-7 Santa Fe/ATSF #8080 Eastbound action on the Tehachapi Pass at Warren, CA., taken on 2-14-1985.
General Electric (GE) C30-7 acquired by Santa Fe as ATSF #8080 on 7-1979. Re-painted to SPSF #8080 between 7-31-1985 – 7-24-1986 five months after this slide was taken. Sold to GE in 1989. Sold to Conrail in 3-1994. Re-built/re-numbered/re-painted to CRL #549 after 3-1989. Sold back to GE Lease 1-1999. Sold to Helm before 3-1999. Leased to UP one year in 6-8-1999 and re-built/re-numbered to C36-7 UP #567.
