This is a LONDON & NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY 17mm diameter nickel button, with Britannia & lion emblems and train travelling to the right on Sankey Viaduct all surrounded by the company title in an encircling band. (Other versions either have the train travelling to the left or with no train on the viaduct).It has a J Hammond & Co Newcastle Staffs backmark and is in good condition with shank intact – see Froggatt plate 9/6.UK buyers please wait for an invoice if you win more than one item so that I can combine postage where possible.
