200 were made for the London Olympics in 2012 and given to the ERU – Emergency Response Unit – staff to wear.
The ERU are the teams who respond to the most difficult situations – for example they were first on the scene after the London Bombings and they are the people who deal with the aftermath of persons who , intentionally and unintentionally, find themselves under a train.
You will see them travelling around in their fire appliance type vehicles with , or without , blue flashing lights depending on the type of emergency attended.
Only 200 of these were ever made.
