CONDITION: Mixed – new and used. Pieces all come from a retired railroad engineer. The Conrail First Aid Kit is unsealed but appears unused, a few of the pins are scratched/bent, and the embroidered patch is quite dirty. One Norfolk Southern pen doesn’t work. Lot offered “as is”.
