PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THE AGE OF THIS ITEM AND CONDITION WILL GENERALLY REFLECT THAT .Do not be fooled into thinking this item in plain boring red covers is one you should ignore , it isn’t , when you open it up it contains a Map . Title in full inside is ” MAP of Several Projected Railways in Scotland and the Proposed Lines of Communication with England ” . Measures 13 ” x 8 ” and refers to the Report of the Board of Trade on Railway schemes ordered by the House of Commons and dates to 13th March , 1845 . The Map measures 26 ” x 20 ” in six panels and colour coded to show the different railway companies . There is a note top left that these railways are only proposed and might differ to the report .Condition……..outer covers are bleached and stained with remains of a sticker……..the map has two fold tears about 2 ” and 1 ” plus some browning and foxing……the map has some water staining on the left hand side…..FULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS………….. I have been collecting Railwayana and Transport related collectables along with Topography for over 30 years and now is the time to whittle it all down .
