Ride the rails with BlurryRobot!  The New Haven, among all railroads, seemed one of the most eager to embrace the dynamic postwar era with its bold…and garish…McGinnis paint scheme, and this theme even extended to the lowly passenger timetable!  This timetable’s voluminous size speaks to the importance of passenger traffic to the NH, and its bold design will delight any aficionado of mid-century modern graphic design.

This timetable, like many others we have, appears to be a souvenir from a massive train trip…or several trips…taken sometime about September-October 1965 by some unknown individual.  What a journey they must have had, what sights they must have seen!
