This is a superbly illustrated cigarette card featuring the ingeniously designed Chapar Rift on the North-Western Railway of India’s line from the Afghan frontier through Quetta to connect with the main line to Sukkur and Karachi in modern day Pakistan,  in the early 1930’s.The reverse side provides technical and operational information about this line.Issued in 1931 by W.A. & A.C. Churchman, this card measures 68 x 36 mm.In very good condition.Will be supplied in a protective plastic display sleeve and securely despatched.
