New Listing! Philadelphia SEPTA PCC-II 2330 is at Girard/12th Street westbound on Route 15-Girard on January 22, 2020. SEPTA re-instituted Route 15 rail service with 18 of these remanufactured PCCs in 2005. However, this is the third-to-last day of operation of PCC-IIs (their last day being January 24). The line is being shut down and service replaced by buses for PennDOT bridge work, and the cars themselves are in complete need of rehabilitation, which may, or may not happen, considering SEPTA’s past track record with trolley lines.
