Seems to be an early Waybill from Welshpool Station to Liverpool for Bundles of Sacks from David Lewis .This is an ORIGINAL Letter and NOT A MODERN REPRINT .Extremely RARE and very early Oswestry and Newtown Railway Item of Ephemera .Condition……………how this has survived I don’t know……..FULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS…………..
