Interesting item up for grabs here … these are two canisters of microfilm on reels, containing dozens and possibly hundreds of b&w scans of blueprints or drawings for the Pennsylvania and New York Central railroads. I have not unspooled these so I am not sure how much there is here … but one is marked 75 feet and there might be 3-4 drawings per foot? The label on the first canister says “PRR K4s and NYC 11a, 13a locos, trucks, couplers, trackwork, misc.”. The second one says the same and also has “+CNW USRD 0-6-0” on there — I assume Canadian National Western? I cannot be sure but there’s at least a chance the reels are identical, one is marked “Negative” on the bottom, both appear negative to me on the roll. This would be an interesting scanning project for a hobbyist or someone looking to reproduce these blueprints. Please note, because I know my photos may be confusing, there are only TWO rolls sold in this auction. Thanks.
